"Red Fox Construction contacted me and came on site the next day to give a bid. The contractor (MIKE) was professional and was always reliable about arriving to do the work. Th work in on a 100 year old Victorian House and the porch entry stoop was seriously in need of repair. They were able to work with both old and new materials and reuse the 100 year old gingerbread yet using good new pressured treated wood where necessary. They consulted me throughout the process to arrive at solutions regarding design and historic preservation. Mike had excellent knowledge about wood and its use and the viability of using original materials along with the new wood. he also understood structure and durability. At the beginning of our discussion he provided a reference from a client so I went into the job with confidence. He exceeded my expectations. 100 year old houses are a challenge and respect for the past cannot be taught. I will use Red Fox in the future. Jesus Luna and his crew built us an amazing deck, pavers around our pool with an area for plants, and then recreated the front of our home. They built us a new mailbox and added some touches that needed to be done! Everything was done with precision and very thoroughly! Jesus drew up the plans and came to our home to show us materials and designs several times before starting. We trusted his decisions and were very excited with the results!! "We originally reached out to Home Techs to do repairs resulting from a flood. Joe got back to us right away and came out to view the damage within a few days. We expanded the original job to include replacing the floors throughout the downstairs, putting in a new bathroom, installing a new water heater, rebuilding a closet, fixing our heater/circuit board and replacing the thermostats.
