Dynasty Disposal is a locally owned and operated Dumpster and Contracting Company serving Northern New Jersey. Our services include Container & Dumpster Rentals, Residential and Commercial Clean out Services, Demolition Services, Removal and Disposal of Red Brick, Block, Asphalt and Soil, Excavating and Land Clearing, Cement Flat work and Asphalt Paving.

"Not professional or responsive. Not to mention I gave this guy lots of business. He dropped off a dumpster to one of my clients house Friday for a project I’m working on was told by him he would pick up Monday morning. Client calls me Sunday with concerns that the dumpster is leaning towards a retaining wall on their driveway. I called, texted him and he came back with “he was on vacation and couldn’t be there till Monday morning, first thing he says”. Monday morning rolls around guy never shows up, again my client contacts me with concerns. I call and text him no answer. We are now Tuesday and he has yet to answer, my client tried calling and he picks up and says he is going in the afternoon. Meantime I’m the one paying him and giving him my business but doesn’t have the decency to pick up the phone to let me know what’s going on. Terrible services. Do not use his services and on top of that beware he takes a bigger dumpster and tells you to feel it up to whatever it is you think is the yards you needed to then over charge you. You end up paying more for less"

Several types of items aren't allowed in roll-off dumpsters. First of all, hazardous materials and hazardous liquids are a no-go. This includes asbestos, oil, wet paint and other materials. Other banned items include batteries, electronics with lithium batteries, propane tanks, tires, and appliances with refrigerants. Some areas have shifting requirements (for instance, certain locations do not allow mattresses), so check with your local regulatory agency.

It depends on the dumpster rental company. Some may allow you to put box springs in their dumpsters, while others may not. Ask your rental company before putting a box spring into the dumpster.

The amount a 6-by-10-foot dump trailer can hold varies depending on the model. Generally, however, they can hold at least 4 cubic yards of waste with a load capacity of at least 4,000 lbs. This is around 1/4 to 1/2 the amount a standard junk removal truck can hold. It’s also considerably less than the most common dumpster size of 20 cubic yards.

The most cost-effective way to haul junk is to load it into a truck and take it to your local waste disposal facility yourself. If you don’t have the proper vehicle, consider renting a dumpster and filling it yourself; the dumpster rental company will remove it once it is full. Junk removal services are typically the most expensive way to haul away junk, but also the most time-efficient method that requires the least manual labor from you.
