One of their other associated companies does drainage systems which is what we had done. Austin was the only call-back I received requesting a French drain instillation. He promptly came out for a survey of my needs, and scheduled the work within the week. His 3-man crew was experienced and Nick had a lot of drainage experience, making further suggestions to aggressively solve the drainage problem to meet my specific needs. The work was completed the same day. However, parts of the lawn were left in rougher shape than I would have liked. This may have been avoided if Austin had simply asked for my input at the completion of the job. Got the bill in the mail 10 days after completion of the work.

Certainly a better product than loose Stone, which needed to be restored every year but the finished look is not as nice as rolled hot asphalt.

We hired Austin. He was very quick and professional to give us an estimate and to seal our driveway. In the fall of last year Within a few months early spring. The sealer was coming up. I asked him to touch it up at the top of the driveway and sent him a photo. His comment was it is like putting lipstick on a pig. The driveway shot. I was expecting him to honor his work and fix it at the top of the driveway. His comments were very offensive and unprofessional. Joe from Brookfield.

Austin has been mowing my lawn and doing spring and fall cleanups at my house and my shop for many years. His crew does a great job and leaves my properties spotless. Highly recommended!

"Chris is a real scam artist. Asked us to rent a dumpster for organic debris only for a fixed fee. When I went to pick up the dumpster, I found it to be loaded largely with demolition debris and trash. Also, the dumpster was way overloaded and unsafe. When I brought this information up with Chris, he got angry and left us a bad review. Pretty apparent when people are trying to scam you."

Austin was very professional in his communication and presenting his bid. We had a bit of a glitch insofar as he was initially found by a neighbor, and provided his bid from that contact. then i asked HA for a service provider, i did not recognize the name of his company, so requested a quote, his company came up, which duplicated his effort for my job. Consequently, he was charged a referral fee by HA, which i have requested this site to refund that fee as Austin and I had already spoken.... HA needs to take care of Austin by refunding the referral fee that he was charged.

This service provider was the only quote I received from a Home Advisor affiliate; I got other quotes outside of Home Advisor. He was originally the highest price of my several quotes, but he was eager to compete for my job and offered to price match. Because of this, I hired him and I m very satisfied with the work done.

Driveway was sealed, after couple of days drying out few spots appeaared where no sealant was present. I watched the whole process and sealant was applied to the whole of drivway ... Ausitn noted like painting a wall this shows up only after it dries out. Promised to come and hand apply the areas that were not covered. Will add update once the retouch is done

I Accidentally wrote a review on this company but I had the wrong co. So I am correcting myself. They came and did just what we wanted them to do and I plan on having them back to do more Maintance and upkeep.
