Most contractors would not work on Sunday; I was very happy about this. To finish the job they had to install a small part of a fence. The work is beautiful. My only criticism is that I did have to contact Charles a couple of time to find out when they were going to complete the work (install the fence). Charles was immediately responsive when I called and his workers did come when he said he would. I also liked that Charles ALWAYS came at the end of the day to inspect his workers work and to make sure I was okay with the progress. I have worked with a lot of contractors and to me this is a sign that someone who cares about their business. He literally came everyday -- even after his workers were gone. I felt no pressure with paying."
