Oswaldo arrived timely for his appointment to estimate the job. He gave of thorough explanation of what what involved and the estimate came by email the very next day. On the day of the job, the crew (6 workers) arrived 15 minutes early. They were like a SWAT team - efficiently and neatly removing the old fencing and installing the new panels - and the job took only 3 hours! All the old fencing was hauled away and my property was left as clean as it was before the job! They also did a very good job of working around the plants and landscaping. The price was reasonable and the work A++ Highly recommend!

Jan Fence rep came promptly to give an estimate, which was actually the best of three estimates. They had pretty awesome recommendations and were busy so we scheduled with them, put down a 1/3 deposit, and were very happy with the work they did. The crew was very conscientious removing the old fence and didn't make a mess, then installed the new fence in basically a day with a quick stop the following day to install the gate and post caps. 165 feet of fence installed with removal of the old for about $7,300 was a good price--especially considering they careful way it was done. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been a customer of Jan Fence since 1993 when we had our swimming pool installed. Over the years our neighbors trees have fallen and destroyed one side of our fence and it was time to have it repaired. We called Jan Fence because we were so happy with their work that they did back then and we are just as happy that we chose them again! I was extremely pleased. They were the most professional of the contractors I called - their estimate and proposal were very detailed. When the fence was actually installed I had the feeling that the job was a little more complicated than anticipated; nevertheless the result was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Crew came out lite due to Covid. Three dedicated professionals in one day managed to get 400 feet of fencing up and down a steep, rocky hill, flawlessly transferring between aluminum and chain link fence, meeting up perfectly with an existing section, with two double gates and a single gate with auto close. Considering the grade and the boulders to be worked around, I expected some levels to be staggered or a bit off, the crew managed to bend the rails just right to put it up and over obstacles flawlessly while still allowing it to pass the 4-inch or less gap requirement for pools. Couldn't be happier.

It went perfectly. Jan Fence came when they said they would, took down what they were supposed to and came back and replaced my fence. There were no problems.

Our sales rep, Doug, was helpful in our decision making. He pulled the project together quickly. The installation team strived to please us. It would have been installed in a day if we did not have an issue with the slope on our side yard. They returned on Sunday to complete our 130' fence. T he office staff who handled billing & scheduling were easy to deal with. and the team who actually perform the installation were wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this team.

We had a great experience working with Jan Fence. We just had a pool installed so we needed to have it fenced in. On the day of my appointment, there was a fallen tree on our property. Brian's team re-routed the fence temporarily, so that we could finish fencing in our pool. After the tree was removed, Brian's team came back another day to install the permanent fence. They worked half of the day, free of charge! The whole experience was very pleasant because Brian was very flexible and easy to work with. His team did a great job with the installation. They were very mindful and careful and also cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I recently had a fence installed in my year from Jan Fence. I am very pleased. From the proposal process through the installation. Bob Slivka prepared our proposal and I must say it was the most professional set of documents I received from the number of proposals we requested from other competing vendors. The price was comparable to others but Bob went above and beyond what a customer expects. First he came to take measurements and brought samples, no other vendor did. Convinced me of choice of color by showing me what it would look like in my yard. After we had a surveyor come out, I asked him to come again to make sure which trees or bushes needed to be removed. Bob came again on a stormy evening. He was drenched and still helped us lay a rope line to define the area. He gave us some other ideas and also told us what to instruct the workers when they came to install the fence. The installers came and Jose and his crew were pleasant, professional and hard working. I was amazed how hard they worked to complete a long fence in one day. Some big boulders I couldn’t remove and assumed they would drill through were dug up and moved out of the way. Before the left they cleaned up everything and took all waste with them. They even rolled up my rope that outlined the fence location for me. Professional and punctual. The entire experience was great from start to finish. I had one minor problem that was not their fault, but they were responsive and able to promptly correct. All around well run company!

Al L. was my contact and he was extremely attentive, making sure that he understood exactly what I was looking for. Al hung in there with me over several months while I got my land cleared and prepared for the fence. As my needs changed Al was more than happy to adjust the proposal and in August, in just one day, the fence was up, and it's great. The crew who put up the fence, 1 double driveway, a side access, and an emergency and service exit at the back of my yard, were great. You could not ask for a more professional job. These are the guys to hire. They are priced fairly and you get all that experience in how good the job looks when done. My neighbors are blown away. In the $6k range for cost. Residential 1 family home on a 100x40 lot. Fence boarders one side of property separating my driveway from neighbor and extends back into yard and terminates enclosing backyard at back house corner for pool enclosure. There are 3 gates and 2 fence sizes. Four feet high for driveway separation, six feet for pool enclosure.

Lupe and his team were excellent. They worked quickly, cleanly and did a great job. When my neighbor complained that we set the fence to high and was worried that some garden stone on my side of the fence would work its way into his yard, the crew reset all of the panels to keep the neighbor happy. I would say they went above and beyond!

We got estimates from 3 Fence companies and I was very impressed with Doug from Jan Fence. He understood what we wanted and within our price range. The fence is a quality product and the installers were great. They were very conscientious and you could tell they took pride in doing a good job. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vinyl fence.

Received an estimate in 2016, but decided to hold off on the project. This year (2018) we decided to use their Fence To Go DIY option. We spoke with the gentleman who previously provided us our estimate and explained our decision to DIY and to use different material, we asked if he could provide us with pricing, since he had measurements and materials that would need to be used. Fast forward, we paid and picked up material only to find that material was missing. We contacted them, and they kindly delivered (part-of) the missing material when they were in our area. We are still missing our post caps :(

Workers broke underground PVC pipe: did NOT notify me, tried to disguise it with a piece of rubber hose JAN fence says they are not responsible for anything they destroy during installation, per the contract. . If you think this is a great attitude for a business owner, good luck to you. Incidentally, several neighbors who were planning to use them have reconsidered after I told them of my experience.

Look no further! Jan fence is the way to go. My husband and I just moved into a new house on a busy road. We wanted a fence put up quickly to keep our dog safe when in the back yard. Our black yard is over an acre so we knew it would be costly. We really didn't want to sacrifice eye appeal and go with a cheaper fence because of the size. We met with another company first who took a look and gave us a quote. She did not bring any brochure / material to show us what kind of fence they have or any information on them in general. Her quote was extremely high which caused us to search elsewhere. I was recommended Jan fence from a friend who said, call AL! We met him that week he showed up on time, with brochures and information. Within a week we had a quote which beat the last company by over 5k. Purchasing process was very simple and we waited about 3 weeks for fence to come in. We set up installation day..workers arrived on time, were polite, and the job was done in under 5 hours. They did not make a mess of our yard, they worked quickly but didn't rush the job, it was dome right. We are very pleased with our fence. They put the posts as close to the ground as possible so our dog can't escape which we thought would be impossible being that yard is on a slant upwards. Overall we as were very happy with the process and would highly recommend their services.

The JAN Fence crew did an excellent job on both aspects of our project. For the front decorative walkway fencing they took great care in measuring setbacks, height leveling on either side of the walkway and leveling the corner and end posts. They paid attention to the details that made a great looking end result. When they were done the new fencing was cleaned and you would never know they were there. The rear yard repair project was done expertly and it is good as new.
