Communication was great, we did everything via text, and they even let me know when the technician was on his way. Rick arrived at around 2:30 wearing a mask and was done in less than an hour. They were very accommodating, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them and hire again. Oh, and do yourself a favor and call the number listed here instead of going through Angi's List "Request a Quote" option which is unreliable IMO. I tried that first on Thursday, waited 24 hours to see if I would get a response, and only got an email from HomeAdvisors which is now teamed up with AL. Just go straight to the source."
