"Worst experience I have ever had with any service ever. A Fox technician knocked on my door looking to sign me up for an annual service and I declined but said I would consider a one time service if they offered that. The tech said "absolutely" and I agreed. The service was performed and I paid the fee. Two months later another tech calls me to say he would be at my house to perform the service within the next half hour and I explained that I only had a one time service so he need not show up. He said he would make a note on his end. Two months later I get a message saying that I was billed for another service visit and when I called customer service I was told I was signed up for a two year contract and had to pay an additional $200 if I wanted to end the service contract. I have never before been caught in a bait and switch scam but this was exactly that. Customer service would not give credence to my explanation of events and I now have to dispute the charges with my credit card company."
