Been Using Top Hat for many years and the service is amazing. The Technicians are very nice and always answers any quetions i have. The prices are very reasonable comparied to other companys on staten island. The office workers always accommodate me if i need service done quickly and they always make sure to call as a reminder that my monthly service is needed. Would highly recommend Top Hat Exterminating to anyone looking.

Very attentive to my concerns. Treatment came with a guaranty. After 2 weeks there were still a few ants getting in; I called Top Hat and they came back repeated the treatment at no extra cost. So far so good.

Top Hat exterminator came out same day (within 2 hours) to take a look at a wasp problem (looked like they were starting to build a nest in our attic). Staff was really helpful and friendly. The wasps were really hard to get to (we have ridge vented roof, which is very high from ground level). He sprayed both inside the attic and the exterior where the roof meets the soffit, said I should expect them to be gone within a few hours (which they were). He guaranteed that what he sprayed will continue to work for 60-90 days, so they won't come back. I have a 90-day money back guarantee and he gave me a can of wasp freeze just in case they returned, so I was extremely satisfied with their service.

They are very good. They are very efficient. They do what they have to do.

We have an old big house. He came quickly and was very efficient. The young guy was prompt, efficient, nice and reasonable.

One of the owners, John, came to my home on Saturday and was very helpful, took all the time I needed, and went above and beyond to solve the problem in my basement. I would highly recommend them having dealt with other services. John also mentioned, without any pressure, that they have a monthly service if I was interested.

Mr Richard Pascone the owner had personaly come to our home. He explained to us, not only how termites work, but the biology of these insects, and most important the construction of our home. He knew more than our engineer. We followed every step of his recommendations and can't believe what we found behind our walls. We now have become more than clients we are great loyal friends.

When I moved to NJ from Staten Island, Top Hat agreed to continue service on my new home. They sprayed the house before I moved-in to deal with any pre-existing conditions. They also removed a huge bees nest from the side of my home (1,000s of bees) and treated for carpenter ants which were damaging my back porch. In my experience, they are always prompt, courteous and professional. They showed up on time, returned my calls quickly and followed-up to make sure the matter was resolved. They were also very patient and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions and assured me that they would resolve the problems. I will definitely use them again.

I STOPPED THEM JUST BECAUSE IT BECAME AN INCONVENIENCE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, BUT I FOUND THEM TO BE SOMETIMES TOO PUSHY. THEY SEEMED TO CALL CONSTANTLY. I DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH IT. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DID FINE WORK. THERE'S NOTHING TO BE IMPRESSED ABOUT WITH AN EXTERMINATOR.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY DID THE WORK. THEY RECOMMENDED A GOOD COMPANY TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE THAT THE TERMITES DID. I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY CORDIAL. I THINK IT WAS VERY GOOD FOR THE PROBLEMS I HAD.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THE PRICE IS DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL, AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY RECEIVE SUCH HIGH SCORES BECAUSE OF THEIR QUALITY. I DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK OR IF THEY ARE NICE I JUST WANT THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS AND LEAVE.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD. THEY KEEP CALLING ME AND CHECKING UP ON ME AND I DON'T HAVE TO DO ANY OF THE CALLING. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY BUGS. THE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND NICE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. I WASN'T HERE WHEN THE PEOPLE WERE. THEY WERE FINE. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME. THEY GOT RID OF THE ANTS AND SPIDERS EXACTLY AS I REQUESTED.
