"RUN, use a different pool company. Budd’s has gone down hill. They take your money, do a crappy job and won’t call you back. My pool is falling apart and is just 4 years old. It’s been falling apart since it was built. They replaced the coping once and made it worse. Promises not kept and again Chris will not get back to do the work promised. Grout disintegrating into my pool. Waterfall stones are crooked and the filled 2” gaps with grout instead of stones. Liner lock has grout in it so it isn’t locking in the liner. The under side of the coping has holes big enough for my finger to go in it. Concrete sank and pump pad leaving my equipment sitting in 5” of water. Chris blamed us for this issue.while my pool was being build, we had a major rain storm and all my piping and pump pad where floating. They never went back and tamped it, therefore it sank."

"When tub was opened, it was full of mold. Now we need professional cleaning and filter. They are supposed to come today, so far nothing. We can't use the hot tub. If no response I'm sueing for hot tub cost! RUN FROM THESE FOLKS"

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

"While the point of contact at Ordini's has been wonderful and the product is great, the installation process has been pretty upsetting. The jets in the spa haven't worked right since day one and its been over a month since install. The guys who came to dig and do the curtain drain around did not do it properly. The electrician recommended by the pool company has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT USE POWERLINE ELECTRIC!! Paul will show up long enough to get paid but he will leave you in a lurch and unbeknownst to us, also in a very dangerous situation where we had propane leaks from several locations. Materials were not right, not safe and not finished. We are lucky that we didn't blow our house up. And, worst part is, the pool company is aware of this unsafe track record and is still referring him. The concrete company they recommended said they could do all these things that really should not be done, were ridiculously priced and would have caused me even more problems. I was not told that once the curtain drain design is approved that it is what I was stuck with. Had I understood that what I was agreeing to wouldn't allow me to design the surround how I wanted, I would have done it differently. No one explained it or the fact that the pool with the integrated spa was not like a hot tub. Who knew there was a difference? It is very disappointing to spend so much of our hard earned money to make a dream come true only to be deeply aggravated and disappointed. I would recommend doing your due diligence before signing anything."

"*Verified Member Review* I sincerely doubt the other review(s) here for Jeremy. He was extremely terrible with communication, very inconsistent with delivering on what he says he will do, and his work is hardly quality, and uses damaged parts. We agreed on a $4k job and Jeremy showed up 1st two days with guys, and the rest of the way he comes alone, at odd times of the day and moves at snail pace, complaining that the guys he brought aren't working hard enough. He anticipated 1.5 weeks on the job...over 6 weeks ago. After 3 weeks of no call no show, I had to give the work to someone else. Did a bit more research...his license has expired, he turned off reviews on Facebook so you can't see what others are saying, and he has no track record of "great customer reviews" you can find online. Gladly taking my $$$ elsewhere where I can get results and a completed job. Just upset over the wasted time."
