i cannot comment on the price for we did not seek other bids, but it was certainly a job that i could not do and in the end you could not see any evidence of repairs, so for me it was well worth it.

Mr. Handyman and Ron Potesky's team turned an attic into a bedroom with A/C and heat, built a closet, replaced major kitchen appliances, replaced carpeting, replaced all smoke and CO2 detectors, re-wired ceiling fans, painted all interior walls, powewashed the deck and vinyl fence, then painted the deck, removed and donated or disposed of all furniture and personal items of the tenant. The team coordinated all appointments of city inspectors and professional sanitization of a very dirty space. When Mr Handyman was done, the intetior of the house looked like something out of Better Homes and Gardens! The team could be totally trusted with the housekeys. They coordinated with the realtor and the house sold in one week end!!! "I contacted Olford Construction to repair the drywall caused by a water leak in the ceiling. The plumber had to cut a hole in the ceiling to reach the damaged pipe. Quran Olford, the contractor, was excellent. He arrived punctually as we had discussed. Mr. Olford repaired the drywall, sanded and painted the ENTIRE ceiling area. The work was done to perfection and at a very reasonable cost! Another contractor had quoted me three times more! Quran was very neat, no paint drippings and left my home clean. I appreciated his attention to details. To repair the drywall and paint; Quran had to remove a ceiling light. He carefully replaced it.
