This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window. At 1:15pm we got a very apologetic call that the crew was still in line at the recycling center from a prior pickup and would be late.
