I hired them in Sept 2024 to replace oil tanks, and while they arrived on time, the installation was reckless?they cut through two floor joists instead of properly routing the fill line, compromising my home's structural integrity. They dismissed my concerns and promised a repair that never happened. Even if they had, it would only matter if it passed a home inspection. I?m now facing costly repairs, zero accountability, and the worst service I?ve ever experienced. Don't let Sal or his crew near your home."

This is an inherently messy job and they did it quickly and efficiently while paying attention to the rest of my home. The entrance to my basement is through the house and they laid down protective materials to protect my floors and were very careful not to damage anything or spill oil as they worked and moved materials, tools and supplies in and out of the basement. They also handled all the permitting and inspections. I hope to never have to do this again, but if I do, I will call Sterling to do the job. "

"Some of the crew members of Forever Green are the children and former workers of a now retired Tree God who had been taking care of all things tree related since I was a child. These kids, now adults, were taught not just tree knowledge, but tree science. All pruning encourages growth, so if a tree is trimmed improperly or viciously assaulted with a chain saw by an untrained landscaper, the tree will escalate its growth, become massively top-heavy, severely damaged, and become dangerous to itself and your property and home. Forever Green knows how much or how little should be removed to help the tree to thrive and also satisfy power line requirements and homeowner concerns. They have slimmed my quite majestic Gum Tree when it was damaged by high winds and heavy downpours so that it doesn’t become prone to further damage if that weather pattern repeats itself. The second time we called them was to cut down two 60-ft dead Spruce trees that had the dreaded Spruce disease where they turn into skeletons. One was very close to the house. I don’t know how they did it, but the areas were left practically spotless. Just know if Forever Green is on your property, they can be trusted to do an incredibly skilled job, a very neat job, and it will be done the right way for the ultimate health of your landscape. "The tree was removed but the experience was not pleasant. On the day before the tree removal, the USAF person said if I wanted them to take away the debris, they would charge more. If they left them along the curb, there would be no extra charge. So I asked them to leave the debris along the curb. However, township refused to collect the debris because the trunk diameter is bigger than 6". I then contacted USAF, asking them why they didn't cut the trunk into smaller ones. The same USAF person said, "sorry, we can't change the diameter of the tree". While I didn't know the township regulation, I assumed they as professionals should know it. If township doesn't collect the debris, why leave them there? In sum, my experience w/ USAF is that other than money, they have very low (if any) interest in customer experience. I am giving them a D because of their poor customer service."
