"They responded right away to my initial query and were able to give me an estimate over the phone because it was just a matter of knowing the square footage of the house and how many gutters I had. That saved me time because I didn't have to have someone come out to do an estimate. The work was explained over the phone and again when they came to do the actual gutter cleaning.
