I hired them to re install aluminum to my fascia in August but it fell off in December and they refused to warranty their work saying it would cost me $250 for them to correct shoddy workmanship. Beware of these people!

John, Nick, and the team did an excellent job in helping us get our chimney improvements completed. Originally, I had only hired them for a cleaning of our new home's chimneys. Upon inspection they found multiple structural problems which could have compromised the integrity of the house itself. John worked to quickly provide recommendations for improvements. John, Nick, and one other team member were able to complete all the necessary fixes within 3 days to two different chimneys, as well as provide some minor improvements which will help with energy costs going forward. I would highly recommend the Provident team to anyone. They will look out for your best interests and provide a professional level of quality service!

Needed gutters cleaned. They did a great job, left no mess behind. They were a bit pricey but I went forward with the job. They also brought my attention to an issue with my roof that I was unaware of and now in the process of getting it corrected. They seemed knowledgeable, they were professional, and nice to work with.

I have not received the receipt yet for the payment I gave them. Nor have I received the estimate to fix the crack that they said they were going to send. Seemed kind of expensive 4 a chimney sweep but since they were the only ones that responded I went with them.

I was very impressed with this business from the beginning. They were the first to return my call, and came out with in two days to give me a quote. Their quote was very reasonable, and I hired them right away. Nick was very thorough and experienced. He did a full inspection of my roof, and took pictures to show what work he recommended performing. His work was high quality and I was impressed with his professionalism. I am going to have him do additional work on my roof in the coming weeks.

The team at Provident were really great in handling my roof, gutter and siding repair from previous storm damage. They walked me through the process in detail. They were really responsive with any questions I had. Matt was a great point person to address anything I needed. They use quality materials and my home looks great! I would highly recommend them and would use their services again in the future.
