Mike spent about an hour with me walking through my home and listening to me and my ideas. He made suggestions based on not only my want but my needs. He explained everything never one making me feel rushed in the decision. When the day came to install a 4 man crew of John, Kurt, Cody and shane showed up first thing. Mike stopped by shortly after as the crew got under way.They were respectful and kept it as clean as possible. They worked well together getting all the units hung on the wall and run to the unit out back. When it was all done they cleaned up and it was like they were never there. A few days later after my electrician had done his part I called mike and he explained the next step in the process( inspection).
