"We asked Sage come over to look at our lawn where we had major drainage issue from our neighbor who is slightly uphill from us. Sage called in advance informing us that he is running late, which is fine with us, and we appreciate it for the call very much. Once he is onsite, he took a thorough look at our property, and told us his diagnosis, basically this issue is caused by the problem on the neighboring property. He said he can fix the problem for us on our side, but he suggested us to talk to the neighbor first and see if they can address the issue on their side first, because he thinks once our neighbor fix on their side, there shouldn't be any issue anymore. He even went beyond and offered to talk to our neighbor on our behalf! We were new to the neighbor hood , and didn't have much idea on how to approach our neighbor on this kind of issue. Sage's willingness to help is beyond our expectation. In the end, our neighbor did agree to fix on their side, so we didn't need to do anything. However, we have no doubt in our mind that if we ever need anything done to our lawn, Sage's service will be the only one we would consider. thank you!

"From the time that Ashley his administrative assistant contact me and told me when Mr. Jim Harrison would arrive at my house and triage my crumpling driveway he arrived on time. Spent a good amount of time reviewing my driveway then explained what he would have to do to give me a new driveway. He told me what it would cost and i agreed on the price and we agreed on the week to complete the work. The contract was mailed to me and the contract was a fair agreed upon price. H did not require a deposit prior to starting the job. With the weather optimum Ashley called me ahead of September 18, 2020 construction date so that I could clear my driveway of cars and other items.
