Very inconvenient and he did not do the job right. He did not put enough asphalt. And year later, the driveway is breaking off again.

Worse company. Sam took my kindness and scam me out of over $60,000. I hired him to expend my driveway and install artificial turf in my backyard. He told me he pulled permits but that was a lie. He also did 4 of my neighbors driveways. All of us were cited with a violation for not obtaining permits. After several back and forth for over 2 months he stopped responding. A week after he did my driveway, grass started popping out and now the driveway is crumbling. The city failed the inspection and said it has to be redone. Sam refuses to respond. The artificial turf was also installed improperly. Every time it rains, the sand underneath is moving and some spots grass is coming out. Do Not Waste Your Money. He is also not licensed to do work in Florida. He is using someone else’s which is illegal.

Had a great experience with Affordable Asphalt Paving! They recently tackled a pretty tricky job for us, which included paving our driveway adding Belgium block trim and power washing/sanding the pavers on our front walkway. I was in touch with Sam the whole time, and he kept me in the loop about what was going on with the project manager. We did hit a few bumps in the road, especially with some serious water drainage issues. The final bill ended up being higher than what we initially thought, but Sam was super upfront about all the options and costs, which I really appreciated. The crew did a fantastic job. They showed up bright and early every day to keep things moving, though we did face some delays due to bad weather on the second day. The end result looks great!!! After this experience, I'm definitely planning to use Affordable Asphalt Paving for future projects. i will recommend them to anyone needing paving or masonry work!!!

They performed outstanding work even though we were all surprised that the original builder did not install the driveway according to code explaining why it was in poor condition. The job cost me 2x the original bid because 3” of gravel base was needed.
