"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. 2nd time I used Affordable Rooter at my house.  1st time was just to clear a clogged drain.  This time was for a leaking drain and vent pipe that were improperly installed by the previous owner.  Both time I used him he showed up on time, was responsive and did clean / neat work.  This was a rather difficult spot to work inside the cabinet, but was able to do everything without having to pull the cabinet / countertop or backsplash apart which was important for me.

"Very well. After I called Alan came over and gave us an estimate. Since it was reasonable in light of the other estimates we got, we hired him. His two-man crew arrived soon after and did everything that Alan and I had had agreed on. Although a little absent-minded at times, they were meticulous and reasonably careful. As the work progressed, we were impressed enough to extend the project to include other outside areas of the house. Where required they provided new screws to put back our downspouts and shutters. "My slop sink In my basement was backing up. I tried to clear the drain myself with no luck. I call Scott and he came to my house the same day at the time I requested him to come. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly . I would give him 5 stars for his work. He cleared the main drain line and also the drain attached to the sink.
