They came and performed the work without a hitch. They moved furniture and replaced it. The only thing that wasn't the same as when they came was the dirt and mold from the house. Great job!

"We provided all work promised - but are going back to provide total customer satisfaction. We recommended to Juan to get the house painted. Told him the siding was very old and needed to be painted. We power washed his house. The top section of his aluminum siding is extremely pitted. We told him we would clean the outside of his gutters with a temperature sensitive citric solution. We tried cleaning his fascia below the gutters. The metal is very old and also pitted. We feel for the guy and told him we would sand the fascia below the gutters, prime and paint it. We are going back tomorrow. If his gutters and fascia were not so pitted and aged our efforts would not have been in vain. We did the work we promised. And we are going to paint it for he and his wife. I called him today to talk to his wife. She didn't return my call. His house turned out very clean, with the exception of his very pitted top layer of siding, his deck we power washed came out perfect. We are painting his aged fascia. He has promised he would change the review."

I had just redone all of the shrubbery around my home and asked Home Brite to make sure they protected them during my roof cleaning. They promised that they would protect them but, unfortunately, that didn't happen. As a result, 2 very expensive shrubs, including a large Japanese Maple, were severely damaged by the chemicals that were used to clean the roof. More then 60% of its foliage has now withered, died and fallen off. I have been corresponding with Home Brite for well over 2 months now in order to get compensated for the damage. While they acknowledge that they caused the damage, they have done nothing but delay and make excuses. They have shown no willingness to compensate me for the damage that they admittedly caused. I have tried to settle this amicably but without success. My next course of action is take this to small claims court. Strongly suggest that you look to a different contractor for your roof cleaning project.
