It could have been an issue of timing, stong winds taking down mass quantities of leaves all at once, causing Elite to get backlogged. A reasonable excuse...but getting a return phone call was like pulling teeth and a simple phone call on Elite's part to inform me my services would be pushed back would have gone a long way in getting them a 4 or 5 star rating. If you dont mind having to be on top of them to come do the work then I would suggest them for your project, they do good work. If you want someone more reliable that can also do a good job than...."

They came when they said they would come. They got done when they said they would get done. They were easy to communicate with and also pleasant and nice. Our house looks so much better.
