"They did not service Paterson and never call me back nor respond to the request from Home Advisor.com. I had to call them back. I cannot give them a accurate rating because I did not hire them. But the fact that no one bother to call me back is not very good business practice. The representative I talk to stated that they had phone issues the day before even though I called them the next again after 12:00 pm."
