"Posey Painting did a great job. Josh, the owner, and his crew are very personable and friendly. They kept us in the loop on everything throughout the process. Thank u for making a stressful experience, not so stressful! Kitchen cabinets are next because we will be calling them back soon..."

"Totally professional from start to completion, from my first phone query, to Jenk coming here to do the estimate, to the completed installation, everyone was thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Unexpected glitches (township zoning glitches, not Express Fencing) were addressed quickly and necessary adjustments were made. The crew was great, doing a thorough cleanup before they left. We're very pleased with the work and highly recommend Express Fencing. Would definitely hire them again!"

"Jeff Tomasello is great. The only reason i did not rate the price is that before even doing the firmal work, having spotted a safety issue with our current brickwork, he quickly went to work, without my even asking, repairing/re-pointing the two steps of our front door portico (cleaning up as well). He was professional, knowledgeable, and had all that you look for in am masonary/stone company. He did great work. I highly recommend and endorse!!"

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Log cabins are relatively difficult to maintain compared to a traditional house. That’s because log cabins require regular upkeep and care that can include refinishing and corncob blasting, a process similar to sandblasting that shoots ground-up corncob with compressed air.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.

Using concrete footers is the best way to secure a gazebo on a deck without drilling. The weight of the footers is more likely to hold your gazebo in place than other methods. You can also pour concrete into flower pots to create an aesthetically pleasing concrete footer or use concrete columns to make a statement.

The main purpose of a gazebo is to provide a covered space for people to gather comfortably. They’re an excellent place for summertime get-togethers because the roof protects you and your guests from the sun. However, gazebos can also serve as a design feature, adding a bit of charm to a backyard or garden.

Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.
