They came promptly and did the jobs on hot days, they cleaned up after themselves and in another place where they were not even working. They are also very polite. "There was a small amount of miscommunication over my appointment, they were supposed to come Weds and while I suspected they might cancel due to weather, I actually did not get a timely notification. They were able to come Thurs. and they were great, checked out the roof, sealed the base of the chimney and repaired some window flashing all within an hour. They showed me pictures of what I couldn't see and advised that I "could" get a chimney cap (which would have cost another visit and about $150 (which when you think about it, isn't bad at all) but, that given the height and diameter of chimney pipe was not absolutely necessary (not pushy at all!).
