There was an old liner which collapsed inside our flue, and couple companies we consulted before asked for additional money to take it out,  pushing extremely as it's an emergency and has to be done "right away". We hired Home Service Experts company because we received thorough, honest  explanation of the work, maintenance tips, no push for anything! Team is very courteous and pleasant as well as customer service. And we got a free "bonus" - old cap removed from our chimney flue so we can use our fireplace now.
