There was an old liner which collapsed inside our flue, and couple companies we consulted before asked for additional money to take it out,  pushing extremely as it's an emergency and has to be done "right away". Team is very courteous and pleasant as well as customer service. And we got a free "bonus" - old cap removed from our chimney flue so we can use our fireplace now.
