"I'm a hard person to please, I've had a lot of work done on this house and always had complaints. Harvey and his crew are the very best. They are neat, they cleaned up everything, showed up every morning. I highly recommend this company."

"Here are some pictures of the before and after. The work was exelente it took a little longer time to finish because it was done in the middle of winter and there was a lot of snow it was not easy to get in to the basement. But we were satisfied with the work that Adrian completed on our basement."

"Anush and his team were absolutely amazing, and our porch turned out better than we expected thanks to his ideas/recommendations. The attention to detail/pride they take in their work truly stand out and far exceeded our experiences with contractors in the past. One of my favorite parts is how much I genuinely love coming home now. It completely changed the look and feel of the front of our house, and every time I pull into the driveway it makes me happy to see it. I will absolutely be recommending AVSTEP to anyone planning renovations or building a home. We already have several more projects planned for our house in the coming months, and without question we’ll be using Anush and his team again. It’s such a great feeling to know we now have a contractor we genuinely trust and can confidently call whenever we need work done. Even our neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful the front of our house looks and what an incredible job they did. Below are the before and after pictures"

"High quality work and reasonably priced. Very happy with the project. They will be on my list for the next project we undertake"

"We could not have asked for a more professional and communicative company. They showed up on time, every time and did the job perfectly. Not only did they do everything they could to keep the house clean during construction. they didn’t waste a minute of time getting the job done. If you need your floors or your ceiling or any part of your home remodeled or repaired this is the company to hire."

"My table was not level after another carpenter changed my table legs. He assessed the cause, and quickly fixed the problem. I’m so happy to have a stable table. I was so impressed that I have already asked him to make a custom table for my plants."

"Excellent, George was on-time, very courteous, very professional, mounted both TV's perfectly, cleaned up the work areas, even vacuumed the floor under both TV's. would highly recommend him to others."

"Finished in a timely manner. Great costumer service, and cost effective"

"Everything went well. They did the demo and dumpster. They did the job in a timely fashion. I referred them to my neighbors."

"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out.  I am a first time home  buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional.  We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark.  I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him.  Mark ended up winning the job, he got me the best rate and cheapest closing costs.  He also promised me 30 days closing, which I was very happy he was able to do.  Everything went smoothly, and he was quick to pick up the phone and give me advice throughout the whole process.  He was very upfront with everything, all of the costs were outlined and there were NO hidden fees at the closing table.  I would highly recommend Mark, I am recommending all my family and friends to use him!
