Days after this work was done, my sewer started backing up. They came to clean the line and charged me $650.00 and left a huge mess in my basement. Problem was not resolved. They came back to run a snake for another $250.00. Identified that the sewer line had been damaged when the front yard was dug up for the sump pump discharge and water main lines. The owner did not want to take responsibility for his subcontractor damaging the sewer line. The excavator finally came and repaired the sewer line at no charge. I waited months for the sidewalk to be replaced where they had excavated, which I again paid for. I expect a credit from this business for all the problems they caused me, not to mention the extra expenses on top of an original bill of $6500.00. My first impression was that they were a decent contractor, but my experience was not good to say the least. Two of the plumbers were professional and knew what they were doing, but the guy who was sent to clean the sewer line and made a mess of my basement is in the wrong business. There was a cleanout pipe outside on the driveway which could/should have been used. I am waiting for a credit from them. The owner knows this and is avoiding me.

Great! They provide quick service and are very responsive. We used them previously when we were experiencing a leak. They are very nice to work with and I would highly recommend them to others.

Mike and helper came out investigated the problem finding it was not my sink but the whole sewer line for my development that was clogged. He pointed me to deal with the Sewer Dept. before going ahead with an expensive project that I would've borne the brunt of. He helped me deal with the management to get to the bottom of the issue and gave me enough information that convinced management that it was a development problem so that I would be reimbursed for my expenses. The problem was eventually resolved by the sewer dept.. Mike was thorough, figured out what was going on and looking out for my interests. I would definitely hire these guys again.

The service has been excellent.I wouldn't call anybody else. They are neat, show up on time and whenever they do a job you are always more than satisfied. I think their price is fair because you do get what you pay for, that's what I would say. They are so neat; I had a plumber in the past that was so sloppy and you could tell that he really didnt enjoy what he did, but you know what? -- Dunigan is meticulous.

I gave this company 3 opportunities to have my business and they flat out ignored me each time. First i filled out their online form providing my information and what was needed to be done; i never received a phone call back. I then waited a few days and called the office directly to once again try to set up a meeting at my house to obtain an estimate. Once again no call back despite speaking directly with the office manager. I waited a few more days called back and once again spoke with the office manager about being snubbed and still requested (gave them the chance) they come look at the job and give an estimate. At this point i gave them 24 hours to call me back and THEY HAVE NOT. Let me make it clear this is not the office managers fault. This is complete neglect by the owner who must feel he is too good to be bothered. Best part is this job would have been a few minute drive from their office which saves them a lot of time and money. This is far from the last plumbing job i will need but it is definitely the last time i ever consider Dunigan. If they are too lazy to make a phone call then just imagine how lazy they are doing their actual work. M. Irwin Avenel, NJ

It was under warranty.  It was excellent.  The technician was fine.  I would definitely recommend them. 

On-call plumber called back with a few minutes and was on site within 30 minutes. Quickly took care of the issue & even helped clean up with water & bleach. Would definitely use in future.

I have been using them for years and I have been very happy with them. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They did not leave a mess and they are reliable. They do not try to talk me into work that does not need to be done. They are a little pricey but, they are worth it.

They are really good! The last time I used them was March or April this year. They fixed some pipes and leaks. I have had them over about four times since I moved to my house. They cleared a back up in my sewer lines and they fixed that. I once had this problem with my toilet leaking into my basement and they fixed the tubing for that. I had a similar leak in my kitchen and one in my bathroom. They just went in there and solved the problem. This is an amazing plumbing company because they are professional. If they say they will get there within the hour, some times they are there within twenty minutes. There estimation is right on so I don't feel like I am being haggled. When I speak to the woman she will tell me what it cost for him to come out. She always tell me to wait until he comes and then he will tell me the correct price. They tell you how long it is going to take, so I know whether or not I am going along with it. I feel like I am being handled correctly. They are just kind people. I would use them again in the future.

Dunigan has always been responsive to our calls; we've used them many times over the years and usually request Ryan. He is courteous, neat, and efficient and always explains clearly what needs to be done. In this case, he worked on our son's house.
The waste line had developed a crack partially because of its age and partially because it was not correctly pitched to allow the waste to flow out of the house and down to the sewer. Ryan and his partner replaced the line and made sure the pitch was correct. They worked carefully and neatly, protecting the carpet in the basement around the entrance to the crawl space. They went without lunch so that they would be sure to finish as quickly as possible so that we would not be without water for too long.

They arrived on time and completed the work in a very professional and courteous manner. For the past 20+ years I used Dunigan for all my plumbing wo4rk and have never been disappointed in their work.

This place is top notch. I would definitely use them again. I was awaken by my Mom telling me the utility sink has overflowed all over the basement floor. What a mess! I wet vac'd it and it just wouldn't end. The toilet then started not to flush. I called O.S. Dunigan and they called right back. This is early on a Saturday morning. Jimmy came and the water subsided in the sink but he looked at the trap; which we have covered with rocks; for years. No one ever told us that was not good to do. He found a rag that the maids may have dropped in the toilet which was backing up the pipes. He cleaned it out, and had to go out to buy two new caps because the caps we had- had a hole. He said if the city water had backed up, we would have had a flood in the basement.

Every thing went well. They kept to the estimate. Did the job promptly.

All went very well. Jimmy and is team are always responsive to me and are always fair and never try to add more work than is needed. Jose actually did the work and my experience with him has always been good. We did have a slight leak after the work was done but they came out right away and fixed it with no hassles.

Excellent! Mike did all of the things that should have been done. There was a partial clog in the drain pipe leading in to the wall and he cleared the drain completely and he replaced the gooseneck pipe. He actually affixed the sink to the wall, addressed everything and did a really nice job. This Company is very thorough in doing everything that needs to be done. I have deal with them on a number of occasions and they are very consistent and they do quality work.

They came and figured the problem out, and fixed it quickly.They were wonderful. They are always professional an clean up after themselves.

A friend had recommended Dunigan Plumbing but I wanted to check Angie's List because of a previous bad experience with a different plumber. I was impressed with the reviews, so I called yesterday. This morning they called me to let me know the plumber was on his way! WOW! He was here within 15 minutes - very nice and personable - introduced himself and pointed out the truck so I knew he was a plumber with Dunigan.
He looked at the problem and said it should be easy to replace and he was sure he had the parts in his truck. He did! He was finished within a half hour. I can take a shower again instead of having to take a bath! Outstanding! I will definitely recommend them!

Excellent, I have used them before and I am very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. I called them because a feeder line burst and I had to shut off the water. They had a team here within three hours, completed the work in a professional, efficient manner. I would definitely use them again.
