"Damian did a really nice job renovating our bathroom, particularly excellent tile work given a large dip on our floor to both levels and install the tile really smoothly. He started the project when he knew he would see it through completion (within a week) which we greatly appreciated. Demolishing and renovating a bathroom is not a mess-free job and he and his team maintained a really clean workspace and went above and beyond when it came to consideration and courtesy in this department vacuuming and cleaning up every night before leaving for the next day. You can tell that Damian really takes pride in his work and looks to do a job right: not just quick, and we are now appreciating a beautiful new bathroom!"

"This company has great customer service, response time to the client, very informative and detailed oriented.
Knowing that we are going to have to battle our Condo Association, Frank was kind enough to take extra photo's I need to attached to my complaint to our Condo Association.  I felt bad because he had to go back under the crawl space twice, but he replied he wanted to make sure we were happy.
I was so wrapped up with my concerns I forgot to mention that we found his company on Angie's List when writing the check for service.  Frank was the one who asked us where we found his company and after his original price to us, he gave an additional 10% off the job.
We need additional testing and would like to hire this company for another assignment.
Would  highly recommend  Healthy Way!

"We were very pleased and would not hesitate to use Sabba again. A friend had referred us. Sabba was always excellent in communicating in a timely manner with us. Danny came to the house and was very generous with his time. We discussed some things we wanted and we were open to his ideas that we liked. He had alot of good ideas. He would then get back to us with a design done with pictures. He gave us personal references that I spoke with, and some customers whose landscaping we could see. It was landscaping that was tasteful but not overdone. Changes were made at various points and he then gave us an estimate and we scheduled the work. A small retaining wall was put in the front as well at least 15 items planted including bushes and other plantings. Danny mapped out the front bed and was on site originally and his dad did the majority of the work, with assistance from his brother. One of the other jobs included another workman. They came on time when they said and worked hard all day. The work was done to my satisfaction. Danny preferred someone to be home so plantings could be approved before planting. They were very flexible and small changes could be made during the process. They also suggested and placed soaker hoses that we purchased for the landscaping plantings. Every single plant that they planted last spring survived to this year (even after Sandy). They also did a few other odd jobs, like repairing the mailbox, hauling away some items on property and a few other yard concerns, at no additional cost. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. We are very happy with the work they did.4

"There was a crack in the foundation and water was coming in so we had to have that done. We contacted three people and they seemed to be the best. The work that they did was fantastic. Their professionalism, overall cleanup and service were outstanding. The guy that came out for the estimate and the crew that they sent out were great people but we did have to wait a day for them to come out and look at the problem. Their price was better than any price that we have been given. We would definitely consider using them again in the future."

"Eddy and his team trimmed seven pine trees for us, and the result was
outstanding. Excellent service! They were prompt, friendly, and very professional.
Very fair price, great work, cleaned up everything
(couldn't tell they had even been here, except for the outcome). Eddy
really knows his trees, and we recommend Double Tree with our
highest recommendation!"

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, they assess topography and potential risks related to flooding.

Soil testers and licensed excavators are often the professionals you hire if you need a perc test. In some cases, structural engineers will also be able to conduct the test for you. In many municipalities, you’ll need your professional on-site to dig and fill the holes with water, as well as a representative from your local building department or health department. That representative is the individual who will determine whether your test passes or fails.

Land survey reports have a boatload of information relevant to several scenarios. Here are the types of information contained with a survey, though it depends on your chosen type of land survey. Exact boundaries and dimensions of a given property General topography, including both natural and artificial landmarks Location of utility fixtures, like water mains Confirmation of any easements or encroachments on a piece of property Assessment of land elevation to buy flood insurance Updated information to add to a pre-existing property map

Costs vary, but you can expect to spend between $1,000 and $4,000 to prepare land for a mobile home or before you build a house. You’ll need to clear enough land for the foundation, which may require leveling or grading, as well as removing trees, stumps, and plants. Don’t forget to plan for permits and fees and the installation of a gas line, water line, and sewer main.

There are a couple of ways you can determine the depth of your well. One method is to use a device called a well sounder. This tool has a long measuring tape containing a sensor to alert you once the end reaches the water.

Or you can DIY it by using a long tape measure with a half-filled bottle of water attached to it. Lower the tape measure into your well. Once you feel tension on the tape, you’ll know the bottle has reached your static water level. This will give you an approximate idea of your well’s depth.
