They were absolutely amazing throughout every step of the process. I first used their services during the purchase of my house, where their expertise and professionalism were evident from the start. Later, when my pool cage was damaged after Hurricane Ian, Me Land Services was there to assist with the necessary surveys and documentation for the repairs. They made sure everything was done correctly and met all permit requirements, which was a huge relief during a stressful time. Most recently, I hired Me Land Services for the construction of a wooden deck, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their team was supportive, efficient, and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. Overall, Me Land Services is a 5-star company all day, every day. If you're in need of land surveying services, look no further than Me Land Services. They are simply the best in the business!

Meland had terrible customer service from the start. I faxed in an oder for a survey, their preferred method, and I didn't hear anything back. I called on Monday to see if they got the fax, W**** said no so I scanned it and sent it over. I got a call one week later asking if they could access the property, no gates or barriers no problem. I waited another week and called again since I was getting close to closing. I was told by W**** they were sending out someone "in the field" that day. I waited 4 more days still no report. I got an automated email saying that they would respond in 72 hours. I needed the survey asap but now I can't trust them because they keep telling me lies. I wouldn't trust this company or their services. I cancelled my order and went with another survey company that was out to the property the next day. I suggest reading all reviews on this company.
