"I had the triple safe system installed a little over a year ago.  My basement has been bone dry since installation.  The battery back-up handled every power outage, including the 2 day odyssey we endured from the recent ice storm.  I am about to have my basement finished, so I asked BQ if they would check system and correct damage to wall barrier (clean space) caused by bilco egress installation performed by another company.  No extra charge, no surprises, no hassles.  The service tech, Mike M, did an outstanding job.  The BQ team made sure he had all of the necessary material and he arrived on-time and listened attentively to all of my requests.  He took the time to explain everything and completed every task assigned with the utmost professionalism.  I am a very satisfied customer.  Highly recommend!

I wish I had joined Angie's list years ago simply for the opportunity to spread the word about Alan D Drake Inc. Over the years he and his crew have done various jobs for my two homes. When I moved into my larger home my husband and I came across Alan when we were looking for a painter, basement remodeling work and bathroom re-do. My husband was so impressed he didn't even do the standard 3 quotes. We hired Alan and have never looked back and always recommend him. He took an idea I had for my basement and helped me design and make my dream come true! His staff and #1 man, Carl, were always professional and courteous and always left the site clean. Any and all questions were answered. I never felt uncomfortable having them in my home with my children and new dog. "Great experience working with Frank and his crew at Basement Waterproofing, Etc.  Frank installed an egress window along with a crock and sump pump.  It was not an easy install to say the least due to the root system of a 10 ft shrub that needed to be removed.  Frank and his team were relentless and made it happen.  All quality materials used (Zoeller pump and Wellcraft egress system).   To quote the building inspector, "The contractor did a good job and did all the right things."  Great light coming in and safe basement for the kids.  Thank you!
