When the Tech arrived he was rushed and basically told me he did not have time to diagnose the problem. Then started quoting me prices. I was told when I scheduled appointment that he would come, diagnose issue, provide estimate and if I approved, get the work done. Total waste of time.

They arrived on time. Brian found that the electrical panel was melted and needed to be changed asap. He was very informative and advised me of what work would need to be performed as well as how long our power would be down. He went to work as soon as I gave the green light. Steve and his apprentice Nigel arrived and they completed the work and installed a surge protector to prevent future issues in a little over 3 hours. As far as the price we were not educated as to how much this could cost. All we knew it needed to be done now because of the burning and possible fire that could have burned our house down. We submitted a claim with the insurance because it wS caused by a power surge from the service line. We could not be any happier. We feel safe and enjoyed meeting these professionals M&M sent.

Two separate work orders and the first time kitchen lights which were working previously were no longer working when they left and second time a hall light which was working previously was not working when they left. The company did not file permits as they were supposed to for a complete new box and electrical service upgrade. I called five times to follow up on permit and received no call back as promised each time. I finally filed my own permit and I am hoping the work they did is going to pass inspection. I just moved to this house and area so they lost a long term customer.

The existing wiring was not color coded and too confusing for my little brain so I called these experts. They were courteous, arrived promptly and finished quickly. Their estimate was substantially lower than others Iâ d got. I wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend this company!

The workers were on time, work was completed within 3 hour. They let me know exactly shat they were going to do when the job was completed. They were missing a cover and said they would be back the next morning and they did return to complete the job.

Do not use this company!!! They will charge you $200 or more for less than 20 minutes of work. I just needed my light switch to be fixed and it took the guy less than 20 minutes to do it. I used them once but never again! Horrible company!
