"It was this Christmas eve during a storm and we lost power. I started up my emergency generator and it was working just fine. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections."
