Whenever I had a question or concern, he called back or texted me within minutes, even when he was busy, which is unheard of when dealing with contractors. His quote was very competitive. and even though the project took much longer than he anticipated because of the complexity , he did not charge me anymore than the contracted price. There were delays in finishing the project , mostly as a result of inclimate weather but the end product was exemplary . it was a challenge to redesign a deck around my pool with very uneven fence and unlevel ground. His crew, Jose being lead , was very responsible and worked so hard. They paid such attention to detail and I could not be more pleased .
