"Was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done to remove mice from property as well as preventative measures. Insisted on going in the basement and he was right because the mice were getting in from some holes I didn't realize gave access to the mice. I requested to have the wasps in my attic exterminated. A technical arrived the following day. The technician explained his plan of attack in detail.
