Temp Control & Shai went above and beyond to help find out what was wrong with my unit. The communication and responsiveness was unbelievable he kept me informed all the way through. I must say that Temp control LLC from Woodbridge is one of the best companies around based on my experience with them. I called on a Saturday, Shai came a few hours later, performed the service, explained what the issues were and the next day he called back to ask if everything was doing well. Where do you find service like that? I can say without hesitation that anyone who gives a bad review to this company is either a competitor or someone who wants to damage this company on purpose because you cannot find this type of service anywhere. I had never used Angie's list before, but based on facts, I definitely will going forward. Bella

Shai was very friendly and gave us the best price. His team worked on installation in a day and everything was functioning smoothly thereafter. We did have a concern about pipe placement and when I texted him about it, he answered right away and ensured he'd remediate the issue. He was always available by phone, text and email for scheduling. The pipe was moved with condenser. Everything looks good. Thank you!

Shai went out of his way to rectify the issue I had with a clogged pipe. He flushed my water heater and spent several hours of his own time to personally handle my issue. He is honest, detailed, and a great person to work with. I highly recommend him.

I contacted Temp Control about our issue and they responded and made an appoint to come that following morning. Shai came to our house and found that our issue was a clogged filter. Shai came out 30 minutes after I called, he was very polite, punctual and kind. He fixed our issue with the heater in no time. He offered us an annual contract which we gladly accepted, it was very reasonably priced.

All they really do is look inside the HVAC and the outside units. The compressor tubing or the A coils were not cleaned or anything. this is a complete waste of money if your units are working properly

He checked both operations on both zones upstairs and downstairs checked pump I. Basement t and trap in attic that is gravity drained and all looked ok. Shai was awesome, he was able to come out same day and help me out. He arrived on time and followed up on all of my concerns. He did not try to sell me something I did not need and showed me how the furnace was operating and any issues which I may need to attend to. Since nothing ended up being wrong, I paid the service call fee and we are all set. Also he respected the Angie's List discount and was very nice and helpful! I would definitely use and recommend him in the future! Thank you for your help.

After he fixed the AC, the tenant continued to complain that it wasn't working. He returned several times, despite the fact that our tenant was not only rude to Shai, but turned out to be kind of a nut job. Shai is a professional above and beyond what would normally be expected. I would recommend him unconditionally to anyone needing AC or heating repair or replacement.

Shai was professional. He took a look at the furnace and determined that the inducer motor replacement was enough to fix the issue. He didn’t insist on replacing the entire furnace as a couple of other providers had suggested. He even came out late in the evening per my convenience. He was prompt and the repair was done very quick. He generously honored the 10% Angies List discount.
