Compared to other companies I called when I was starting to look into my move, this company was the most professional and attentive to what I needed. Since my move was coming together at the last minute, I was happy to get my quote over the phone instead of waiting for someone to visit me like they offered. We were able to set up a video chat, go through my entire home, and get a detailed offer, and do a full review of it all within an hour. The entire process was handled by Joey who was very patient and informative. Move day I had a great team; the head of the team was Kelvin. He was a nice hardworking guy, who was super reasonable and made sure to communicate with me while working and set up the new space how I wanted. The company makes a phone call the day before the move and during the move two times to keep you on the same page, but it did feel to be a bit much. Better safe than sorry, I guess. Overall, I think it went as well as possible and would recommend them!"
