Excellent service

A good, small moving company. They appear to have one truck. They hang in until the end and stay with the job until completion. You may not get all the bells and whistles of large companie, and may need to be very flexible, but they will perform well.

Alex and his crew were amazing and very polite. They had to work overtime at no extra charge to get my large and heavy bedroom set down a narrow staircase and didnâ t stop until they got it down. They arrived and delivered on the days they said. Family business that I highly recommend.

They came to my house to assess the job, where as others quoted based on a phone call. They understood how precious my grandfather clock is to me & explained how it would be moved & everything else too! I never felt lost or abandoned. They were so nice & answered all of my questions no matter how silly or what time I reached out to them. Both crews, NY & TX, did a great job! They listened to instructions & took care in moving my stuff! Their pricing was competitive & true! No additional charges for this or that which would have happened with a few other "adjustable" quotes I had received. I highly recommend Royalty Moving for local or long distance!

Great team of movers.

Royalty Moving Systems LLC did a great job with our sonâ s move. Lenore and Alex were very easy to work with and weâ re extremely reliable and communicative. Our sonâ s move fro NC to NY went off without a hitch. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who has an inter-state move.

They showed up the day and times scheduled. No surprises with the price. Movers gave 110% of effort and care in our move. If we move again definitely would use this company again.

They came and did outstanding work within a 24 hour request: my move was difficult and Royalty was eccelent.

This company is awesome, the crew Troy Samuel and Isaiah were great they arrived on time and went right to work. Lenore is wonderful, she accommodated me 3 times when they changed my move date.Lenore and Randy even came to my house and helped with an issue I had. I would definitely recommend this company. My move date was December 14.( the final one). Every aspect of my experience with this company was 100% on point.

I moved out of state and Lenore was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Transparent and competitive hourly rate, and a delight to work with. When my pods were delayed, she accommodated me without hesitation and kept in touch regularly until we were able to lock in a new date (I hired her buys to unload my pods.) Troy, Michael and Sam were fast, friendly and very accommodating. I would give Royalty Moving Services 10 stars if I could, and will be recommending them and using them for any future moves.

I would recommend Royalty Moving Systems to anyone looking for a moving company! Lenore was awesome through out the whole process, she took the time to explain the pricing which was extremely competitive. There was a little miscommunication on my end which ended up with us getting a smaller truck that would not fit all of our items. I called Lenore to let her know the truck was too small, within 15 minutes we had a larger truck. We had Mike, Darryl, and Troy who handled all our furniture. They were extremely professional, personable, and careful. If I was moving again I would make sure to request these guys! If you decide to go with this moving company you will not regret it.

Randy came to my house twice to figure out how much stuff I had to move. Their estimate of how much I had, the space I needed in the truck, and how long it would take were spot on. They were even willing to use their 17 foot truck to throw in extra items like shelves, freezer, and filing cabinets. The four young men worked hard as a team and knew what to do to get heavy items down the stairs and/or out the door. We haven't seen anything which is broken because they wrapped everything in blankets. They had some boxes for the lamps, TV and mirror and didn't charge us. When my chair got left behind they sent a truck to pick it up. (I should have gone upstairs to check so it's my fault too.) Moving is very stressful, but working with Royalty Moving Systems took a load off my mind. They rolled out the red carpet and I did feel like a queen for the day.

We were moving about 2 miles (but we have four children, so lot of stuff), we hired Royalty to move all our furniture and large items, they did great! They were there early, they wrapped up all our furniture very thoroughly for the move, and wasted no time getting all our furniture moved, great job guys!!

Although some of our furniture was a bit scratched, the movers were very professional and they stayed until everything was done (11 pm!). Even came back the next day to fix the hook up on our washer. Very environmentally conscious and will come pick up used boxes to re-use. Highly recommend.
