"Ken has been great from the very beginning. When he says he's going to be at your house at 7:30 in the morning to do an estimate, he is there at 7:30. Allowing Ken to be in my apartment while at work for the day is stress-free. He has all the equipment he needs. He takes precautions to make sure there is very little mess. At the end of the day, he cleans up and keeps everything contained. I cannot be happier how my dining room and kitchen look. What an amazing transformation. People have come to see the work we had done and are amazed at how great it looks. How perfectly straight the tiles are and how everything looks."

"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"Simon did an amazing job on my tile project which consisted of removal on existing ceramic tile, install of new porcelain on the floor and large porcelain tiles on all the walls plus tiling custom floating vanity I built. My walls were not plumb/square which made the job difficult and reason why I didnâ t do it myself after spending over 3k in tiles it wasnâ t something I wanted to screw up. Simon did a masterful job, squared up the walls and looks like perfection which is what I was looking for. My only gripe was the amount of dust the job generated. I had to hire a cleaning company as I had dust all over my house. Not Simonâ s fault as with my large tile he couldnâ t use a wet saw. Just wish I wouldâ ve known so I could put up some type of plastic blocking the bathroom. I would hire them again 100%. At the end of the day all you want is perfect straight plumb tiles. "I had original (1947) hard wood floors refinished. I worked with Al. Some areas were in need of a lot of work. The crew did an excellent job. They went beyond my expectations using great care around my home. I did not realize some of the extra things that needed to be done, such as removing curtains and doors, covering doorways and closet contents with plastic. Everyone was respectful of my home and family. The floors look amazing! I will be calling Al for other jobs in the future. Before photo and some after photos."

"Mike went beyond his service. He replaced my concrete patio and place it with paver tile stone. He paint my bathroom and put up new light fixtures and fixed my wood kitchen floor. He built a beautiful deck. Very nice experience working with Mike. Not disappointed at all. Very nice man"

Service and craftsmanship above average, and they were even able to piece together a curved broken tile outside of the shower back to it's original form.
