"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"Simon and crew did a great job leveling our subfloor and installing a floating vinyl tile floor. All work done in a single day. I appreciated his thoroughness in checking the leveling of the subfloor, which other pros did not do. Thanks!"

"Hector came and gave a written estimate the same day I hired him to repair 5 cracked kitchen tiles and to regrout the kitchen and laundry room. Brian showed up on time was extremely professional walked me through his entire process. He gave choices of grout color and completed the entire job in 6 hours. Our floor looked Brand New. Would use again and highly recommend. Best decision ever! Only wish is we had done it sooner. Thank you Brian"

"I was recommended to AZ REPAIRZ by a friend. The shower body, (water valves) over my tub were old, leaking and needed to be replaced. My plumber needed to break the ceramic tile wall to get to the pipes. I called AZ REPAIRZ to look at the work needed to be done and estimate the cost. The person in charge was very professional and gave me a decent price to do the job. Because the bathroom tiles were 60 years old, they could not get the exact tile match so they cleaned the the salvaged tiles and created a design with the additional tiles they provided. The ceramic tile repair work was done perfectly and does not appear to have been repaired. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and of their service."

"Ribo did a complete renovation of my kitchen and a bathroom. The team was very responsive, focused on customer satisfaction and paid amazing attention to detail. They are professional, on time and extremely hard-working. The job was completed ahead of the schedule as the crew understood that renovations can be stressful if you live in the house while is renovated. Franco supervised daily and was hands-on ensuring everything is executed properly, frequently asking for feedback and promptly taking care of every single aspect of the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done on their home."

"Nick and Steve were awesome! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and got our gas fireplace working after years of not being able to find someone to service it. Thank you!!"
