"This is a terrible pool install company!! Terrible customer service Sal is verbally abusive!! They took several thousand dollars from me and stalled on their project for 5 months with multiple calls and text reminders to finish the job. Right up til May the pool is not ready to be used as they blundered and not inform me that the pool will not be heated as PSEG needs to install a new upgraded meter. Then they left it on us to finish and submit the application as they have already collected their money They are poorly informed, greedy and unscrupulous business owners. They should b closed and reported to BBB"

"Do not hire this Pool Pro llc , the owner Steven is unprofessional and a liar. After ripping the corner of the new liner he replaced, which he did not tell me until I confronted him, my liner needs to be replaced again because it was installed wrong. The company he got my liner from even came by and agree to recut me a new liner, at no charge and would recommend a professional installer to do the work. They even admitted he did a horrible job installing my liner. It is a year old and it keeps coming off the sides and the corners were never installed properly. He was recommending from a friend, who he also screwed with a pool pump. I am taking him to small claims court to get my money back. I have all the documentations and photos to prove my case. Save yourself a headache and never hire them, no matter what cost they quote you. He is a scam artist. Attached are just some photos.. I have plenty for court"
