"My experience with Israel was positive. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I had an issue with my two exterior doors, where huge gaps were visible all around the doors. It caused cold air to penetrate into the house and made the interior of the house colder than the outside temperature. "I love my beautiful deck/porch! Chris, Jesse and Brian did a great job! They were nice and friendly, they answered any question I had. They showed up on time and when they left for the day they always left everything clean. Chris did a great job explaining every step of the project before they even began and kept me updated all the way through. They finished when they said they would even though it was cold out and they lost a few days to rain. And as if all of that wasn't enough they were so kind and mindful of my dogs, they always made sure the gate was closed and made sure there was always a safe way for my dogs to get outside. I Love my deck/porch and would hire them again in a heartbeat, throw in being great with my dogs and I will recommend them to anyone who needs work! Thanks Guys!"

"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."
