"They were fantastic. They listen & were careful w/ my elderly disabled father's apt., and when there were problems, they coped without complaining. They had to deal with a completely different installation, a shock to us because it was the same bldg. Different wall materials, layout, etc. They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. "Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
