The people at American Home, especially Vic, were very knowledgeable and provided good insight to help us make decisions. Mario did our tile work and he was a true master. The shower walls and floor look amazing. It was even noted by the shower door installer that the tiles were perfectly straight. Something he rarely sees in older homes! Our experience with American Home was exceptional. Everyone from the office staff to the artisan workers were true professionals. In fact we called them a few months later for some masonry work outside (also beautiful!). Highly recommend this company."

"The company represented to be competent and experienced at bathroom remodeling however the worker, Joel was not able to complete the job efficiently. He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."

"I fully paid for the job; however, the resurfacer needed to return to redo some of the job. Unfortunately, due to personal problems, the resurfacer did not show up that day. We set another day, but he did not show up that day, nor did he respond to my many calls. He ghosted me until I went through Anji's intervention process. He promised to come again in the future, but by them I had lost all confidence in his returning. I never got the job adequately done."
