Since this is an old blue bathtub the color was tricky to match, but he did. All of the chips were repaired, including removal of some rust. He explained what was to be done, and the receipt was clearly itemized. Explained to not use for 24 hours, and should never use abrasive cleansers, and that I should call him if I have any trouble with the repair. He was polite and cleaned up afterwards.

The work was exceptional in every way and the finished bathroom exceeded my expectations. More head room was provided by the design that was suggested and every detail was worked with perfection. An entire week was spent spackling the plaster walls in the apartment before the painting could be done. Meticulous, professional, hard-working and eager to provide 100% customer satisfaction is how I would describe Diamond Finish Restoration.

They contacted me a few days after I called them.  They asked me to send them a picture of the damaged area and then they provided me with a quote.  I felt the price was very fair and they did a nice job repairing the chip.  Only time will tell if it holds up, but I don't have any reason to believe it won't.

Andy was a true professional.  He understood I was working under a compressed timeframe as my renters had just exited and the property was immediately put on the market.
He juggled his schedule to ensure the cleaning and reglazing was done in time for the open house.
He was meticulous with his work, and cleaned up as he completed each part of the job.

During the price estimating visit, the construction of the 25 year old fiberglass tub was described and the entire repair process explained in detail.
For the repair, the technician arrived on time and laid down protective coverings in the bathroom. The repair process, including the color match, took 4 hours exactly as described during the estimating visit. The tub fiberglass repair requires 24 hours to cure, again as described during the estimating visit. The original tub installation did not provide any support directly underneath tub (contributing to the stress cracks); the technician suggested adding extra fiberglass to the repair to further strengthen the tub bottom; his suggestion was implemented at no extra cost.

From the time I called them until the completion of the work the service was excellent. When I called initially and left a message I got a call back in less than 15 minutes. Andy came the same day to look at the job and give me an estimate, which I accepted. Andy called back to come and start the work Monday, 3 days after talking to him and getting the estimate. He came promptly at 9:30 and began. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He went into the bathroom and began working on the tub. At 1:00 he was finished.
The job came out perfect. I was told to wait 24hours for drying time. Now we can finally use our bathroom tub again.

Andy was a pleasure to work with from the first call to the completion of the job, and he has perfected his art. The tub looks beautiful, he was in and out in one day, and the area was left as clean as when he arrived. It was a stress-free transaction and I would certainly recommend him.

These men were very professional and fast. They came right out after we found the scratch and made it disappear. We really liked the quality of the finished work and they cleaned up really well before they left. I would recommend using them for any type of restorations.
