I was very pleased with this service. The technician worked extremely hard to get all the dirt and stains out of our carpets. When a hidden stain popped up after he left, he came back the next day to remove it. I will definitely call them next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Ted & Mike came to evaluate a red stain on my rug. They tried 2 different solutions to try to remove it, but it was impossible. Ted is sending me info on a restoration plant to help me. They wouldnt even charge me for their time! They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and MORE than fair! I couldnt recommend them more!
