"Last week, I arranged for some repairing in roofing and the replacement of chimney liners at a commercial property. The work was performed by A-Team Chimney & Roofing LLC, and they did an excellent job. Mr. Aurel, the owner, and his crew worked in great harmony and demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout the project. I am aware that many chimney companies advertise heavily and often present misleading or insincere claims?even with seemingly good reviews. However, A-Team Chimney & Roofing LLC is truly different. Their work was honest, well-organized, and done with genuine care and teamwork. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable services. Once again, we sincerely appreciate their professionalism and specially Mr Aurel's detailed delication.. ()()()"

"Great. Mike was thorough, efficient, and listened carefully. He was very interested in figuring out what was wrong. My fireplace had been shutting off intermittently. Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has. If not, I will certainly ask for him to return and replace the suspected bad part. All in all, highly recommended."

"Hiring Adore construction was the best decision for repairing my chimneys. Jack was excellent, very professional, on time and very reasonably priced. Jack's price was $9,000 less than my previous estimate for my chimney company. I will be using Adore for everything related to my chimney and roof"

Chimney Repair questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can fill rotten wood with expanding foam. You may prefer using an expanding foam treatment instead of wood filler since the latter can take a long time to dry. It may also provide an easier solution when you’re dealing with smaller gaps. If you use expanding foam, allow it to cure for about 24 hours before you sand and prime it.

Regularly inspect older furnishings for scratches, dents, sun damage, tears, or insect infestations in upholstered objects. These are all signs that an object needs to be repaired, and tending to them sooner rather than later will ensure they don’t worsen with time and eventually require more costly refinishing.

Minor water damage on wood tables can be reversed fairly easily. You can remove stains and light surface damage with a sandblock, then repaint and re-varnish the wood surface. For swollen and rotten wood, you can cut away the damaged parts and use a wood filler as long as the affected area isn’t too much.

Wood filler is used to fix imperfections or damaged interior sections of wood on items like cabinets, door frames, and even laminate floors or countertops. It contains wood byproducts like sawdust mixed with water or solvent, which helps bind to wood and dry pretty quickly.

If you don’t want to purchase furniture sliders, there are several household items that can be used as makeshift sliders. Thick towels or blankets placed under furniture legs can reduce friction and make it easier to slide the furniture without causing damage to the floor. Additionally, plastic or paper plates can be placed under each leg for easy sliding. You can also cut up pieces of a cardboard box to slide beneath the legs of the furniture.
