"Great. Mike was thorough, efficient, and listened carefully. He was very interested in figuring out what was wrong. My fireplace had been shutting off intermittently. Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has.
