"First project: Derek arrived quickly with a quote and was able to provide me with an acceptable timeline for scheduling.  He returned the do the work over a few days as much filling, drying, and sanding was needed.  The finished product well exceeded my expectations.  All wall and ceiling damage was corrected.  It was truly a night and day difference. 
Second project: Because I was so pleased with the bedroom, Derek was rehired to paint two bathrooms.  When the first bathroom fell behind schedule, Derek had no problem adjusting his schedule around the delay.  He was able to complete both bathrooms on the new schedule and again to my liking.  I would hire him again for any painting needs and would recommend him to friends and family.

"Mike came out to do the estimate and was honest about the condition of the decks.  He told me that they would complete some minor repairs, powerwash, and then stain the decks.  They powerwashed on Friday and came out on Monday to do the staining.  Originally, one color was going to be used but after seeing a sample left by Mike, we changed our minds and his wife and son were willing to go to Home Depot with me and pick out a different color at no additional charge.  They stained both decks in one day and the job looks great.

"The owner of the company showed up on time and got straight to work. He cleaned up after himself and brought his own garbage bags to dispose of the leaves. The previous companies I hired just wanted to dump the leaves in my yard so I really appreciated that he hauled away any debris he cleaned up. I live in a wooded property so there were a lot of leaves in my gutters and he was very thorough. He was professional and responsive to my messages I sent him through Angie's List. "Michael and his staff at Above All are phenomenal. It is nice to experience a company that is all about 100% customer satisfaction in today's day and age. I have a summer rental property and my tenant advised me there were ants in the kitchen. Michael had a technician there THE SAME DAY. The next afternoon, my tenant said the ants were worse. I called Michael and he said that it's not unusual for the problem to get worse in the immediate term because the bait attracts the ants, who then bring the poison back to the nest. Typically, the problem improves soon after that. But he pointed out that he knew tenants paid good money to enjoy their vacation and he scheduled another technician come out the next morning, a Saturday. Being a changeover day, the tenant departed early to beat the traffic off of LBI. I met the technician at the house and, of course, there was no sign of ants. The bait worked just as Michael said it would. But the technician wanted to make sure I was confident the problem was solved since I had another tenant coming in that day, and he treated and baited the property again. I got to observe this time and it is an extremely thorough treatment that they do. Under the house in the crawl space, outside the house, in the kitchen, around the kitchen and bathroom under sink plumbing, under the dishwasher, behind the stove. He even located the nest. And what did this all cost? Nothing! I have a contract with Above All to treat quarterly (at a very reasonable price), and there was no charge to eliminate this problem, despite my offer to pay for their prompt and duplicate service calls. I highly recommend Above All Termite and Pest Control. You won't be disappointed."
