Derek was always responsive, incredibly professional and very, very easy to deal with, which was especially important for us as out-of-town owners who could not be on site when the work was being done. For example, when Derek's team found a leaking water line during moving the refrigerator to paint, they shut the water off and and notified me by email immediately. Finished product was first rate and meticulously performed. Would recommend or use again in a heartbeat.

"Mike came out to do the estimate and was honest about the condition of the decks. He told me that they would complete some minor repairs, powerwash, and then stain the decks. They powerwashed on Friday and came out on Monday to do the staining. Originally, one color was going to be used but after seeing a sample left by Mike, we changed our minds and his wife and son were willing to go to Home Depot with me and pick out a different color at no additional charge. They stained both decks in one day and the job looks great.

"I don't think he did a great job on trimming and stuff though. I was going to have them for the whole yard. It was supposed to be yard work and tree trimming or lawn maintenance but then I don't know what happened but then again he stopped by and since we didn't get any one to do the work, we had him do the trimming. I wouldn't have it done by him again. I thought the pricing was kind of expensive for what he did. They just stopped by, I guess it was a Saturday and they were looking for something to do so I decided for them to go ahead and do it and being that he had all these people in there for landscaping I thought hey did a great job but we weren't happy with the trimming at all. They were very nice, it's just that I don't think they have the people to be able to do the good job. We've had trimming before and the people did a fabulous job."
