Jon arrived on time and spent a good bit of time looking all around the basement and attic, even performing a home leak test which revealed that our chimney's damper doesn't perform as it should (already called for service) and that the insulation in our attic is up to code. He made useful suggestions about potential upgrades to our HVAC and water heater, as well as our thermostat. He installed energy efficient light bulbs in the few lamps where we didn't already have them. All told: a very useful expenditure of time and limited funds (the state of DE covering 3/4s of the cost!"

Brittin fixed our insulation in the attic which involved removing old batting, spraying in new insulation, and a few other projects to seal up fixtures, adding exhaust fans, replacing attic stairs etc. We've noticed a change instantly in the efficiency of our cooling system - it hardly has to run at all now to reach the desired temperature and it holds the temperature really well. I was so impressed with how thorough they were, right from the initial inspection and quote through to cleaning up their work area. The team left my place looking cleaner than it was to start! "I RECENTLY HAD MY ATTIC INSULATION REPLACED BY MASTER ATTIC. ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. ( I DID HAVE 4 OTHER ESTIMATES) THE CREW LEAD BY ROBERTO WAS AMAZING. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."
