"Joe is a no nonsense - get right to work contractor. He repaired nail pops and some severe cracks in drywall. He also filled in holes from wall hangings etc. The job was completed in a timely manner and looks great. Highly recommend his work."

"It was perfect. Robert is wonderful and an artist with drywall. He did a fantastic job and my wall is like brand new. You cannot see any evidence of the prior damage/holes. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up completely when he was finished. He also changed an outdoor lightbulb for me in the rain (required getting on a ladder) and helped me assess how to fix some kitchen cabinets that have been giving me a hard time. He is very nice and does great work. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again."

"Joseph and Sons just completed a retaining wall install for us and we could not be more pleased! Angelo used precise laser measurements to get everything exact. He offered expert suggestions and options that made decisions much easier. He explained the process in detail and kept us informed as work was being done. Angelo and his team are professional and courteous. Pricing is very fair and he takes pride in his work. Results are exceptional and we will definitely use his services again for other projects!"

"I called many places before I decided to to with A Condo LLC. I was converting my porch into an office space. I already had windows put up, but the room needs drywall installed. I spoke with Marcella on the phone who was polite, courteous and professional. Her husband Mike came and told us what needs to be done. They were both very accommodating and patience. She was prompt in getting a quote. They didn't mind when I told him I would be getting my own materials. They even provided me with a list of materials to buy. I originally was thinking only to put drywall up, but Mike suggested several little things to make the room nicer. The quote I got from other places ranged from $750 to close to $5K. Mike was the only person that explain things clearly and politely, justifying each of the action he would take. His pricing came in the middle, and his explanation and knowledge is just worth every penny. Mike and Juan came on time and performed all the remodeling of our porch beyond our expectation. They worked fast and wasted no time. They cleaned up very well and left us with nothing but satisfaction. If you are looking for quality contractors, go with ACondo LLC. I would hire and recommend him to anyone in a heart beat."

On average, drywall installation costs $2,000, depending on the size, complexity, accessibility, and location of the job. The typical cost range is from about $400 to $6,000, which includes materials and labor. Additional cost factors include the thickness of the drywall, the shape and height of the room, and the level of finish. The level of finish ranges from only hanging the drywall to taping and mudding the seams between panels to painting the walls.
Most drywall used for interior walls of homes is 1/2-inch thick. This size strikes a balance of being easy to handle and hang while being thick enough for the durability needed on interior wall applications.
The average cost to apply a skip-trowel drywall texture to walls is $1.25 to $2.00 per square foot. Ceilings cost slightly more because of the increased difficulty of working overhead. Additional cost factors include any drywall repairs and removal of existing textures or wallpaper.
The typical cost to repair drywall ranges from $300 to $900 for walls, and about $440 to $1,520 for ceilings. Cost factors include the size of the repairs and how extensive and specialized the repairs are. Average drywall repair cost ranges include:
Small holes (up to four inches across): $60–$200
Large holes: $50–$75 per square foot
Cracks: $60–$400
Dents: $60–$200
Ceiling repair: $320–$1,300
Water damage: $1,300–$5,550
Nail pop repairs: $60–$200
The cost to skim coat drywall is $1.15 to $1.35 per square foot. Most of the cost is labor, for the necessary skills to apply the skim coat with precision using high-quality tools. This is a job better left to the professionals for the best outcomes.
