So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "We had several wide and narrow cracks in a 15 year old driveway, which they filled and sealed neatly. The seal coat material was put down in a clean and professional manner. There was no splash or spill on the surrounding concrete garage aprons or stone block, or on the grass. They left no footprints in the seal coat and took away all debris. Just a really clean job. We had an issue with an unexpected storm washing away some uncured material in a small heavily shaded area a couple of days later. They came back and recoated the area. The job came out great. The company is responsive to phone and text messages, and they arrive on time. Overall a good experience."
